Port Aransas Birding Hotspots
Port Aransas is a prime year-round birding destination on the Texas coast. The community is rebuilding since Hurricane Harvey hit in 2017 and needs the support of visiting birders as work progresses in the recovery, restoration and repair of well-known birding areas. Be sure to visit the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, Paradise Pond and the Port Aransas Nature Preserve, as well as various locations along the beach.
